First in Your Area Program Terms

The pickled.love First in Your Area program is for organizers bringing pickled.love to a place where we are not already serving local leagues. By submitting a claim, you agree to the following terms:

Program Offer

• Approved organizers receive a coupon for the hosting fees on their first 5 approved leagues in the approved area.
• The coupon applies to pickled.love hosting fees only. Other costs, payment processing fees, refunds, or pass-through charges are not included.
• Coupon codes expire 1 year after issue.

Eligibility

• The area must be new to pickled.love, as determined by our review of nearby customer league activity.
• The organizer and leagues must be real, active, and in good standing.
• Existing customers, duplicate claims, abuse, or claims outside the spirit of the program may be declined.

Claim Review

• We review claims manually and decide eligibility at our discretion.
• You can start setting up leagues before review is complete. Payment is not due until later in the league setup process.
• If approved, we will email the coupon details to the account associated with the claim.

Program Changes

• We may update, pause, or end this program at any time.
• Program decisions are final and may consider information not shown in the automatic area check.
